The Juggle


How do some mums seemingly balance it all?!


It’s so hard juggling mum-life with work, trying to be a good friend, getting a few workouts in and all the other responsibilities we have in todays society. 🤯



No-one is perfect, and aspiring for this isn’t helpful! My best tip for staying healthy is to set small goals, my daily non-negotiables are:

✨ Drink 2 litres of water

✨ Eat fruit or veg with every meal

✨ Move my body for at least 20 minutes! (This could be a walk or a stretch, it doesn’t always mean lifting weights.)


I find if I do these things it helps keep my mood elevated.


Staying consistent and disciplined with yourself is important too. As mums we often put our needs at the bottom of the pile, but you deserve to feel your best…you can’t pour from an empty cup.


Although it can be tempting to skip your workout because you have a million things to do, the best way to fit it in is to prioritise it. Book your class and work out what you can do later or move to another day. You are allowed to have time for yourself, you may even find you have more energy after your workout to get all the things on your to-do list done!
