The perfect classes to help you feel stronger, fitter and more confident with your little one in tow!

 As an ante and post natal fitness specialist I can adapt exercises around pregnancy, any postnatal issues and your fitness levels during classes making them ideal for mums, however my classes are open to all women whatever their goals. Find more information about each class here! 

Booking policy: Please complete a PARQ before your first class. These can be found using the link above. Please note that the participation and safety of both you and your child is your responsibility.*Classes can be booked up to an hour before the class is scheduled to start. You can reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before a class, any cancellations within 24 hours will be charged at the full rate.
