Personal training sessions are completely tailored to you, to your goals, any injuries you may have and to what you enjoy. I have over 6 years experience with personal training clients and 18 years in the sport and fitness industry. I train weekly or twice weekly with Jen and every session I leave feeling so much better, stronger and more energised.
