How it started...
Hi, I’m Jen. I am a fitness instructor and personal trainer based in Cornwall. I specialise in working with mums and mums to be, helping them to make health and fitness a priority.
When I had my first daughter I had no idea how to train through pregnancy. I was kickboxing and going to the gym most nights when I found out I was expecting...I spoke to my midwife and the advice was to stop exercising, so I did! 6 weeks postpartum I was super keen to get back to some sort of exercise and went for a run...I thought I was going to die! I had no idea how to train my postpartum body. There is so much conflicting information out there when you look at fitness for mums and mums to be and having been there (completely confused!!)
I am passionate about helping mums-to-be and new mums to train safely and to help them feel confident, strong and to enjoy the benefits of exercising without the worry of whether they are doing the right thing. I qualified as an ante and post natal instructor when I was pregnant with my second daughter and I fell in love with helping mums to feel good. Fast forward 3 years and I feel super grateful to have built an amazing community of mums who support each other and make training together so much fun!
